Bold Music Group Cancellation Policy

At Bold Studio Nashville, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring we can effectively manage our schedule and resources. Below is our cancellation policy for corporate group bookings:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made between 7-29 days in advance: Eligible for a 50% refund or one-time rescheduling (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: Non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be possible with a rebooking fee of 25% of the total booking cost.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Changes to Group Size & Experience Details:

• Adjustments to the number of participants must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Significant changes to the experience setup may require additional fees and are subject to availability.

Late Arrivals:

To provide the best experience for all guests, sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Groups arriving more than 1 hour late without prior notice may forfeit their session without refund.
